For more than 30 years, Tamera has helped her clients fulfill their dreams of having beautiful, unique and functional surroundings. She has a broad knowledge base that she brings to every project, this aides in her ability to achieve any look or style that is desired and/or needed. She has the great capability of incorporating a client’s vision into her designs while staying within a projected budget. She has designed for residential, commercial and hospitality clients, including new construction, remodeling, restoration, cabinet design, furnishing, decorating, space planning, window treatments and lighting. She also specializes in color consultation.
The Design Process
Upon the initial meeting with you, we strive to get a complete idea of your expectations. As the project progresses we strive to ensure your overall preferences, and your budget is met, no matter how large or small the project may be. New construction and remodel projects will have as needed, floor plan and elevation conceptual drawings for your review. These drawings will illustrate use of space and style. When these drawings meet the clients approval we will then suggest materials, plumbing, appliances, colors, everything that might be necessary to complete the project. Upon completion of component selections for the project, Tamera Embree Designs will prepare specification sheets for the general contractor to use for an accurate budget. During the selection of fabrics and finishes for decorating projects you are provided samples to help with the visualization of the area.
